For example: If you would allow us to visit with you at your home for an initial walk-through and preliminary consultation, we would be able to tell you right there on the spot what kind of materials, labor, and time frame might be

required for your intended landscaping and hardscaping construction project. Further, and most importantly, if your project whether minor or major requires such conceptual landscaping plans, please be advised that the plans will contain a scaled drawing which governs the entire landscaping, construction project: (1/8"=0.1 ft.), or (1/4"=0.1 ft.), and lists all of the materials and sizes.We offer you the most professional crew who will arrive on time and complete the job as promised.

What Approvals And Permits Do You Need?

In any major landscaping, hardscaping, construction project, we always advise home owners to provide a complete set of conceptual landscaping plans which are needed to obtain Home Owner's Association and City Permit approvals. Smaller jobs such as simply replacing or remodeling already existing aspects of your landscaping may not require permits. We have a staff landscaping design and horticulturist person and we prcess all needed paperwork through your Home Owner's Association, City Permits, and handle all required inspections.
